The Bridge International is springing into action to fight against labor trafficking and needs all the support we can get!

That's where you, your friends and everyone you know can join us in helping putting a cap on the gap that exists in addressing human trafficking in North Carolina. This year we are committed to serving 3,000 farm workers in North Carolina through outreach to migrant farm workers during the growing season. We know these farm workers are at an increased risk of being exploited and experiencing human trafficking, and often have inadequate access to basic necessities such as food, water and hygiene products.

When providing outreach to farm workers, we give each individual a kit that include food, hygiene products, other materials and always a card explaining human trafficking and how to get help if they need out of an unsafe situation. Each kit costs $15.00 - but the human trafficking awareness and the relationships made between the community and The Bridge International is priceless.

Additionally, The Bridge International is creating solutions for identified survivors of human trafficking that need help getting out of their situations. Throughout North Carolina and much of the United States, there are limited housing options of survivors of human trafficking and especially for male or LGBTQ survivors. The options become even more limited for foreign born survivors. This is why The Bridge International is committed to bridging the gaps and creating housing solutions for all survivors.
