Inspired Minds Summit 2024

Join 200 teenagers for a day of mental health conversations! We'll create a safe space to share stories and learn tools to express ourselves.

The summit will feature inspiring youth keynote speakers, engaging workshops, performances, live music, giveaways, and so much more! During the Summit, you'll attend workshops to learn fun ways to express yourself and build resilience. You'll also team up with peers to identify barriers to seeking help for mental health and develop creative solutions.

Each attendee will receive an event t-shirt, a swag bag, breakfast, lunch, and much more! Summit sessions will teach teenagers the difference between positive and negative forms of self-expression, and how to proactively care for their mental health.
