Stand Together to Protect Alabama Businesses and Jobs!

We are raising funds to support an urgent legal fight challenging Alabama’s vape laws and protecting the future of thousands of small businesses, wholesalers, retailers, employees, and families across our state.

Our legal team is taking immediate action to seek court protection and pursue an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. These efforts require significant legal funding, and every donation counts.

This fight is about more than the vape industry. It’s about protecting Alabama jobs, small businesses, and our communities.

We stood together and won our first legal battle. Now we need your support to keep fighting!

Please donate whatever you can and share this campaign with others.

Together, we stand stronger. Together, we fight for Alabama!
