Pride of Cleveland, TN is currently waiting on its 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS. While that paperwork is in process, Cleveland, TN Community Resources (CTNCR) is serving as their fiscal sponsor.

A fiscal sponsor is an established nonprofit that lets a new or emerging group operate under its tax-exempt status until they receive their own. In plain terms: it means Pride of Cleveland can legally raise and use funds right now, and your donation is tax-deductible through CTNCR, a registered 501(c)(3).

100% of the funds raised through this campaign go directly to Pride of Cleveland, TN. CTNCR does not keep any portion. We are simply holding the door open while they finish their paperwork.
