On Thursday, February 29^th U!Shine is hosting its inaugural STAND UP [FOR MENTAL HEALTH] event, a night of comedy benefitting U!Shine. Please join us for a night of clean comedy that unites people and serves a greater purpose, all while laughing at the humorous irregularities of life. In these hectic times, let’s connect through laughter for a great cause.

U!Shine exists to spark a passion for proactive mental health, promote compassion for others, and build hope for a mentally thriving world. Through our Healthy Habits program, we educate young people on how to build and maintain strong mental health.
