Sr. Thea Bowman Montessori School

At the Sr. Thea Bowman Montessori School, our focus is the development of the whole child -- physically, mentally, socially, psychologically, and spiritually. We work to prepare a welcoming and supportive learning environment where all children are respected and cherished. Grounded in the Montessori Method with the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd at the heart, we work to offer a high-quality education and spiritual formation. 

Located on the campus of St. Patrick Catholic Church, STBMS emerges from the history of this unique community. In order to understand the mission and vision of this school, we must consider the past. We must explore the rich history of this unique community and the influential forces that shaped this parish. We do not wish to embark on a new endeavor; we pick up the torch carried by those who came before.
