South Tower Community Land Trust

Our mission is to build community control of land, housing, and civic resources centered in the South Tower District. We envision a barrier-free South Tower neighborhood, creatively building shared prosperity and health.

You can see a growing body of evidence of our work reflected in murals at San Pablo Park and at 541 @ South Tower; the recently opened Broadway Parque, as well as Fresno's first community land trust home on Farris Ave. We are just getting started, join our work through financial or resource partnership.
