Still Me Foundation

This fundraising goal supports the launch and expansion of Still Me Foundation’s first year of accessible, non-clinical mental health education and community programming.

Funds raised will directly support:

• Free and low-cost mental health workshops and webinars

• Community outreach and educational programming

• Program materials, facilitators, and digital access tools

• Scholarships to ensure participation regardless of financial barriers

• Administrative and compliance costs required to operate responsibly as a nonprofit

Many of the women and community members we serve carry leadership, caregiving, and service roles that leave little space for rest or sustained self-care. While some may have access to professional resources, barriers such as cost, time, and emotional bandwidth often limit consistent support.

Still Me Foundation exists to reduce those barriers by providing accessible education, facilitated learning spaces, and community-based programming that supports emotional sustainability.

Reaching this goal allows us to expand programming, serve more individuals, and build a sustainable foundation for future youth and community initiatives.
