Stride into Skokie
Saturday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM CDT
We will meet on the south end of Harbert Park in Evanston (on the Evanston side of the North Shore Channel, on the north side of Main St and one block east of McCormick Blvd). Parking is available at the park, or across Main St in the Food-4-Less Plaza. The walk will go down Main St and end in downtown Skokie, at the Skokie Heritage Museum (8031 Floral Ave.)next to the site of the future Impact apartment building. Join the walk or meet us in Skokie at 11 am for a post-event celebration with refreshments and pizza from Village Inn. Hear from the mayor of Skokie and Impact's leadership about future plans.
For 33 years Impact has provided supportive housing for people living with mental illness in Evanston. Come celebrate our growing housing footprint with two new buildings in Skokie and a new family housing program.
Thank you to our event sponsors for their support!
