The Stroke of Light Foundation is dedicated to supporting stroke survivors and their caregivers at every stage of the recovery journey. Our mission is to provide hope, access to resources, and compassionate guidance so individuals can rebuild their lives with strength, dignity, and confidence after a stroke.

Inspired by the courage and resilience of Jenny—a stroke survivor who continues to defy the odds and the heart behind Hike for Jenny—we are committed to bridging the critical gap between hospital discharge and long-term recovery. Through access to therapies, caregiver support, education, and essential services, we walk alongside survivors and their families, ensuring no one navigates recovery alone.
