About Your Teacher

Kira Hyatt is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Reiki Master Teacher, meditation facilitator, and sound therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her classes weave together mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and relaxation practices to create an experience that is approachable, accessible, and welcoming to every body. Kira's intention is to create a space where students can reconnect with the present moment, cultivate a sense of ease, and deepen their connection with themselves through embodied mindfulness.
