Sunbloom 2025 Holiday Season

Sunbloom's mission is to grow the games industry into a safer and more equitable space by fostering community and providing opportunities for marginalized game developers, with a focus on BIPOC devs. We do this by:

• facilitating a 1:1 mentorship program for game developers, focusing on individuals with 1+ years of work experience, through our Full Bloom Mentorship program
• providing passes to game conferences, including the GDC: Festival of Gaming & GDoCExpo, through our Sunbloom Scholars programs
• hosting events that offer support and solidarity for our community

With your generosity, we'd also like to:

• provide further support to our Scholars, making conferences more accessible (stipends, event tickets, etc)
• develop new programs, including our informational interview series
• hire speakers and pay our contributors (we are currently fully run by volunteers!)
• and more!
