The music industry is a tough industry to get into, no matter what your experience - it largely comes down to who you know that can provide you opportunities. As one big music industry FAMily, we strive to create endless opportunities for as many aspiring and young professionals as we can.

Mental Healthiness

In a cutthroat industry filled with misogyny, hierarchy, and a ‘what can you do for me?’ mentality — not to mention one of the toughest-hit industries of the last year — there is not enough emphasis on keeping our artists and professionals mentally healthy.

Our philosophy is that bringing positivity and collaboration will lead to a more accessible music industry, more mentally healthy artists and professionals, and ultimately, a more positive experience for our audience.

We are committed to building strong communities that support, encourage, and learn from each other.
