Cross Cultural Expressions (CCE) is a nonprofit mental health organization dedicated to promoting emotional well-being, celebrating diversity, and building stronger, more connected communities. We believe that mental health care should be accessible, culturally responsive, and inclusive, honoring each person's unique experiences, identity, and background.

Through our Community Counseling Center, we provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a particular commitment to immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities. Beyond traditional therapy, we create opportunities for healing and connection through support groups, community wellness circles, educational workshops, and professional trainings that help reduce mental health stigma and encourage open conversations.

At CCE, we believe healing can take many forms. Through storytelling, film, music, literature, and creative expression, we explore the experiences that shape our lives, strengthen cultural understanding, and inspire personal and collective growth. Our films, books, and community programs give voice to stories that might otherwise go unheard and remind us that we are not alone in our struggles.

Your generosity helps us make mental health support more accessible, provide affordable counseling, sustain community programs, train mental health professionals, and create meaningful opportunities for connection and healing. Every contribution helps us reach more people, bridge cultural divides, and build communities where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Mental Health Matters. Every Story Matters.
