Cynthy’s Kids, Inc. is a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education, opportunity, and long-term economic mobility for students—especially those from low-income families and traditionally underserved communities. We believe talent is everywhere, but access is not. Through scholarships, tutoring, and financial literacy programs, we work to remove barriers and equip students with the tools, confidence, and support they need to succeed both academically and in life.

We were founded in honor of Cynthia Elaine Davenport — a woman whose love, wisdom, and generosity planted seeds in everyone she touched. Her legacy lives on in every young person we serve. In our first year, we are awarding scholarships to students in the St. Louis community while building a foundation for long-term impact. Over the next 10 years, we envision growing into a full-service community hub—offering tutoring, financial education, and ultimately a dedicated community center where students and families can access resources, mentorship, and opportunity.
