Simply Held was created by Marissa Earls, a lifelong Delaware County, Indiana resident with a heart for serving her community. Born from her own nearly ten-year season of waiting on the path to parenthood, this mission is rooted in a desire to bring purpose to pain and offer hope to others along the way.

Simply Held exists to remind individuals and families walking through infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, and extended seasons of waiting that they are seen, cared for, and do not have to walk through it alone.

Our beginning is simple: thoughtfully curated boxes offered at no cost to recipients in our local Delaware County community. Each box is a tangible expression of compassion, rooted in faith and shared with kindness.

Your generosity helps make these gifts possible, supporting box contents, printed encouragement and resources, and the practical needs of this growing mission.

As Simply Held grows, our hope reaches beyond the boxes. We envision a community where stories are heard, connections are formed, and faith and hope are nurtured. We hope this small beginning becomes a source of hope that continues to grow, reaching people and places we may never have imagined.

Sometimes we can’t fix what someone is carrying. We can simply hold hope with them.
