Millions of people in low-resource countries go blind from entirely treatable conditions, not because a cure doesn't exist, but because the doctors, training, and equipment to deliver it are scarce. FOCUS closes that gap.

Rather than relying only on direct patient care, we focus on training, equipping, and supporting local ophthalmologists and surgeons-in-training across Haiti, Rwanda, Jamaica, India, Burundi, Tanzania, and other low resource settings, so they can deliver high-quality eye care long after we've gone. We believe real progress comes from coordination: bringing together eye care organizations, individual providers, and international colleagues so that resources and expertise reach where they'll do the most good.
