With a Nederland Community Library card, a family can visit the Denver Zoo, the Children’s Museum, or the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, all for free.

The library’s Experience Pass Program offers free admission to some of the best cultural, educational, and outdoor spots in the area, including:

Denver Zoo and the Downtown Aquarium
Denver Art Museum, History Colorado, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science
Children’s Museum of Denver and WOW! Children’s Museum
Denver Botanic Gardens and the Butterfly Pavilion
Fiske Planetarium, the Colorado Railroad Museum, and more
Colorado State Park passes, to get out and explore the outdoors

For many mountain families, a day at the zoo or museum can cost well over $100. These passes help make sure cost is never the reason a kid misses out on seeing a dinosaur, a tiger, or the stars up close.

A shift in Nederland’s property tax funding has cut more than $18,000 from the library’s 2027 budget, putting programs like this at risk. Your gift helps keep these doors open for every family in Ned.

Thank you for helping our community explore, learn, and wonder.
