Igniting Ideas. Elevating Talent. Strengthening Communities.

I.D.E.A. (Igniting Delaware’s Edutainment Association) is a nonprofit organization that brings together education, entertainment, entrepreneurship, arts, and community to create opportunities for people and ideas to thrive.

Through platforms including TEDxWilmington, the Ladybug Music Festival, and other community-centered programs and experiences, I.D.E.A. creates stages for voices that deserve to be heard, opportunities for artists and entrepreneurs to grow, and experiences that bring people together.

Our work goes beyond producing events. We believe that ideas, creativity, and human connection can be powerful tools for economic opportunity and community impact. From amplifying thought leaders and women in music to supporting local businesses, developing emerging talent, and creating accessible cultural experiences, our goal is to build stronger communities by investing in the people who make them extraordinary.

Your support helps us keep important programs accessible, provide platforms for artists and innovators, create opportunities for young people and entrepreneurs, support Delaware’s creative economy, and continue building experiences that educate, inspire, connect, and empower.

When you support I.D.E.A., you are not simply supporting an event. You are investing in ideas, people, creativity, opportunity, and community.
