A little bit of context

Our vision is a world in which the Global Orphan Crisis is better managed and all orphaned children have the opportunity to grow as a member of a family, receive proper educations and healthcare, as well as one in which orphanages and international adoption are reserved as an important function for those cases without other options.

Located centrally in Boston, Massachusetts, ONETrack International originally started as a project in Cameroon. This successful transition to home orphan care initiative has been expanded into Cambodia, Greece, Honduras, Kosovo, Liberia, The Gambia, and Zimbabwe.

But there’s a problem

There are currently an estimated 150 million children worldwide who have been orphaned by a variety of tragic circumstances.

Sadder still is that most of these children have been harmed by a second injustice and many are unnecessarily suffering in overcrowded and under-resourced institutions.

Here’s what we’re doing about it

ONETrack International believes that the responses to this crisis need to be dressed and better solutions need to be put in place! we have a proven system as a successful practice in family preservation programs across the globe.

At the village level, ONETrack international provides for orphaned children by removing them from their overcrowded and under-resourced orphanages and placing them in households of biological family members.

ONETrack provides for all their education, health needs, and caretaker support, and in a conflict context, provides for separated children by keeping the remaining family members together and removing them from collective institutions (such as refugee camps) to private homes.

You can join us

It takes roughly $500.00 to sponsor a child in
the Transition to Home program for a year. The break down of this is as follows:

• $20.00 = Shoes
• $20.00 = Textbooks/workbooks
• $50.00 = School uniform
• $60.00 = Miscellaneous
• $100.00 = Healthcare
• $100.00 = Living expenses
• $150.00 = School fees

By making a donation to our cause, orphaned children have the opportunity to grow as a member of a family, receive proper educations and healthcare as well as lead successful lives.

The money from your donation will be used to provide the supporting households with school fees, medical assistance, school supplies, uniforms, textbooks, shoes, as well as rice, seeds, cooking oil, and other essentials of daily life. Any amount helps and is very appreciated!
