On February 24, 2026 a Rapid Response Observer was arrested by Arizona State Troopers while monitoring ICE activity. ICE called in State Troopers so they could conduct their kidnappings unseen and without accountability. Now the Tucson observer is charged with two misdemeanors: Harassment by Surveillance, and Reckless Driving. Every accusation by ICE is an admission of their own conduct. It is not harassment to monitor law enforcement activity in public space!

This observer is committed to fighting the charges so that ICE can't set a precedent of charging us with harassment for monitoring their activity. But fighting charges costs money! Please show your support!
