Recovery Innovations for Pursuing Peer Leadership and Empowerment, Inc. (RIPPLE) is a peer-driven nonprofit organization that has been serving communities across Connecticut since 2020. Built on the power of lived experience, RIPPLE is dedicated to connecting individuals in recovery from mental health and substance use challenges with meaningful support, resources, and community. Our work includes hosting peer support groups, leading suicide prevention efforts, operating our Crisis Card Program, and developing and maintaining our statewide resource hub at rockingrecovery.org.

RIPPLE operates independently, we are not funded by the state, do not hold contracts, and currently have no form of recurring income. Every service we provide is sustained through volunteer effort and community support. Donations to RIPPLE go directly toward the basic costs of keeping our organization running, including printed outreach materials, website hosting, state compliance fees, mileage reimbursement for outreach and engagement, and other day-to-day operational expenses. By supporting RIPPLE, you are helping ensure that these vital, peer-led services remain available while also allowing us to grow, expand, and reach more individuals in need.
