SheStayed is a suicide prevention nonprofit using storytelling and creative media to reduce isolation for those experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Many people don’t begin by asking for help.

They begin in silence, trying to make sense of what they’re feeling on their own.

SheStayed exists to meet someone in that space.

We share the stories of women who have lived through suicidal thoughts or attempts, focusing on who they are today and what life has become.

Through these stories, we create moments of relatability that help someone feel less alone, find the words to speak, and begin to seek support.

Your support helps fund:

• $5K–8K → Ongoing story development & interviews for future films

• $3K–5K → Editing and post-production

• $2K–4K → Website, tools, and platform

• $3K–5K → Distribution, growth, and outreach

This is the beginning of building a body of work that can reach people before a crisis, when feeling less alone can influence the decision to stay.
