The Alliance for a Multiracial Society is a space dedicated to the practical, daily practice of anti-racism in our relationships, our organizations, and our neighborhoods. We believe that building a truly multiracial society requires moving past intellectual debate and into active, collaborative action.

As part of a broader social change ecosystem, we bring together people playing many different movement roles to share power equitably and build collective power.

Through our workshops, virtual convenings, and shared community spaces, we are co-creating a hands-on environment where practitioners can learn how to sustain multiracial alliances and navigate real-world challenges together.

Our new era is built on a proud, thirty-year foundation. In 1995, we established the Center for the Study of White American Culture (CSWAC). Led by the pioneering work of our founders, Dr. Charley Flint and Jeff Hitchcock, CSWAC became a trusted national voice on how white American culture shapes institutional power and systemic racism.

Our transition to the Alliance is the natural next step in this ongoing work. Thank you for your donation to continue our important work at this critical time.

Alliance for a Multiracial Society (AMRS) is the new legal name of the Center for the Study of White American Culture, Inc. (CSWAC), a registered 501(c)(3) organization. All tax-deductible contributions and registrations are processed securely.
