Support The Circle: PSoAR Integration & Community

What is an Integration Circle?

At PSoAR, our facilitators are trauma-informed and our integration circle is more than just a conversation—it is a carefully held container designed to support the whole person. We prioritize your sense of safety and autonomy as you process deep experiences.

The Pillars of Our Space:

🧘Safety and Grounding: We begin and end each session with grounding practices (such as mindful breathing or gentle somatic awareness) to help regulate the nervous system and ensure everyone feels "landed" in the space.

āš– Empowerment & Choice: You are always in control of your experience. You are never pressured to share, and you are welcome to turn your camera off (for virtual) or step away at any time. We honor your "no" as much as your "yes."

šŸ”®Non-Judgmental Witnessing: We practice "holding space" rather than "fixing." By removing the pressure to provide advice or "solve" a journey, we allow each individual to find their own organic meaning in a supportive environment.

šŸ¦‹ Confidentiality & Consent: Privacy is sacred. We maintain a strict agreement that what is shared in the circle stays in the circle, protecting the vulnerability of every participant.

šŸ•Š Relational Connection: We recognize that healing often happens in community. Our facilitators are trained to keep the energy of the group balanced, ensuring that everyone feels seen and respected.

Who Is This For?

This space is for anyone who has navigated a psychedelic or profound experience and is looking for a soft, structured, and compassionate environment to weave those lessons into their daily life—without the fear of being overwhelmed or misunderstood.

The Power of Integration

At the Psychedelic Society of Arkansas (PSoAR), we believe that the true work begins after the experience. Integration is the vital process of weaving insights, emotions, and lessons into our daily lives. To support our community in this journey, we offer monthly In-Person Meetups and Virtual Integration Circles.

A Gift to the Community

These circles are, and will always remain, free to attend. We are committed to ensuring that anyone seeking a safe, non-judgmental, and heart-centered space to process their journey has a seat at our table—regardless of their financial situation.

Why We Ask for a $10 Suggested Donation

While the circles are free, building a sustainable community carries costs. If you are in a position to give, a suggested donation of $10 helps PSoAR flourish.

Your contribution directly fuels:

Ā  šŸ“š Community Education: Providing reliable resources on entheogens and psychedelic safety.

Ā  šŸ•Šļø Safe Spaces: Funding the venues and technology that host our monthly gatherings.

Ā  šŸ  Advocacy: Supporting our mission to provide public town halls and educational events in Arkansas.

How to Give

You can donate right here via Givebutter. Whether you give $10 or simply join us with your presence, you are a vital part of this collective.

Thank you for helping us grow a conscious, connected, and supported community.

The Story of PSoAR

The Psychedelic Society of Arkansas (PSoAR) exists at the intersection of science, healing, and community.

Across Arkansas—and the broader Heartland—people are seeking new ways to address trauma, depression, addiction, end-of-life distress, and spiritual disconnection. At the same time, research from leading institutions is confirming what many cultures have known for generations: when used responsibly, psychedelic and entheogenic medicines can be powerful tools for healing, growth, and meaning-making.

We are a nonprofit, community-rooted organization dedicated to education, harm reduction, and public dialogue around psychedelics and consciousness. Our work centers on ensuring that accurate information, ethical frameworks, and community support are accessible—not just to coastal research hubs or elite institutions, but to everyday people in Arkansas and the surrounding region.

What We Do

PSoAR creates spaces where science and lived experience can meet—safely, responsibly, and with integrity.

We host:

  • Public education nights and speaker events

  • Trauma-Informed Integration Circles

  • Symposia featuring researchers, clinicians, and change-makers

  • Community outreach focused on risk-reduction and supportĀ Ā

  • Regional collaboration across healthcare, academia, and grassroots communities

We are not a treatment provider, nor do we promote illegal activity. Our mission is to educate, connect, and empower—so individuals, families, professionals, and policymakers can engage these topics with clarity rather than fear.

Why This Matters in Arkansas

For too long, conversations about psychedelics have been driven by stigma, misinformation, or silence—particularly in conservative and rural regions. PSoAR exists to change that.

We believe:

  • People deserve access to accurate, science-based information

  • Healing should be ethical, trauma-informed, and community-supported

  • Policy conversations should include local voices, not just national narratives

  • Education is the foundation of both personal sovereignty and public safety

By grounding our work in Arkansas values—community, responsibility, faith, family, and resilience—we are helping build a more informed and compassionate path forward.

How Your Support Helps

Your donation directly supports:

  • Free and low-cost public education events

  • Speaker honorariums and travel for expert presenters

  • Venue rentals, accessibility accommodations, and event materials

  • Community outreach, communications, and educational resources

  • The growth of local and statewide chapters

Every contribution—large or small—helps ensure that these conversations remain open, ethical, and accessible to all.

Thank you for being part of this work.
