Support the iWIN IX Grants (9 in Honor of Title IX)
Help Idaho girls access sport, stay in sport, and grow into leaders through sport—one grant at a time.
The iWIN IX Grants are our signature giving program—created to deliver direct, trackable impact for girls in Idaho.
Why “IX”? Because Title IX changed what’s possible for generations of girls and women in sport. These grants help ensure that possibility doesn’t stop at the cost of shoes, fees, travel, or access to safe, high-quality programs.
Your gift fuels three grant pathways:
iWIN IX Grants: Momentum Grants (Individuals)
iWIN IX Grants: Camp Scholarships
iWIN IX Grants: Equity Grants (Teams/Organizations)
Together, they help remove real barriers and strengthen a pipeline of participation, confidence, and leadership.
What your donation makes possible
iWIN IX Grants: Momentum Grants (Individuals)
Fast, practical support that keeps a girl in the game.
Momentum Grants help cover urgent participation needs—things that come up quickly and can determine whether a girl gets to play this season.
Examples of what Momentum Grants can help cover:
Shoes, uniforms, sport-specific gear
Registration and league fees
Required equipment
Travel costs when necessary for participation
iWIN IX Grants: Camp Scholarships
Access to experiences that build confidence, belonging, and leadership.
Camp Scholarships help girls attend high-quality sport camps and clinics—often the moments where skill meets self-belief, friendships form, and leadership begins.
Examples of what Camp Scholarships can help cover:
Camp tuition (full or partial)
Required gear
Transportation support when needed
iWIN IX Grants: Equity Grants (Teams/Organizations)
Community-level grants that expand access for many girls at once.
Equity Grants support teams and organizations (like community programs, schools, and nonprofits) that are actively building more opportunity for girls—especially where resources are limited.
Examples of what Equity Grants can help cover:
Scholarships for multiple girls in a program
Team gear or equipment libraries
Facility time and access
Transportation solutions that increase participation
Program expansion that reaches more girls
Why this matters
Across the country, girls are more likely to drop out of sports during the middle school years—often not because they don’t love it, but because the barriers add up: cost, transportation, belonging, and access.
The iWIN IX Grants exist so that:
A girl doesn’t sit out because of cost
A team doesn’t shrink because resources are thin
A community doesn’t lose momentum building opportunity
This is about more than sports. It’s about confidence, belonging, leadership, and visibility—built through participation and reinforced by community support.
