At The Leader Mill, we believe the number one challenge of our day is manlessness. It’s not that there aren’t enough men, it’s that far too many males are ill-equipped for the real-world challenges of building the families, churches, businesses, communities, and solutions the world needs.

The Leader Mill addresses this challenge through the training of men for effective manhood by applying tactical stress, discipline, deprivation, and instruction in real life settings. We take six young men, put them in a house for nine months, get them vocational jobs with training, and immerse them in experiences, relationships, and scenarios that call them to, and equip them for, greatness. It is most likely the greatest challenge a young man has faced in his lifetime, but one that will help him become the man God intended.
