Help Us Create Space for Youth Voices

Kids Managing Conflict (KMC) invites you to support our Youth Police Dialogue Program, an initiative that brings young people and law enforcement officers together for facilitated, meaningful conversations designed to strengthen communication, build understanding, and create opportunities for youth voice.

Your contribution helps us provide these dialogues to students and communities while ensuring that trained facilitators, program coordination, and basic event needs are covered.

Sponsor a Part of a Youth Police Dialogue

You can choose to fund a specific program expense:

$175 — Sponsor a Facilitator

Supports a trained facilitator who helps create a structured and respectful environment for dialogue between youth and law enforcement.

$275 — Sponsor Pizza for Students & Participants

Provides a meal for youth, officers, facilitators, and other participants during the dialogue.

$40 — Sponsor Drinks

Provides beverages for participants during the program.

$350 — Sponsor Program Coordination

Supports the behind-the-scenes work necessary to organize a successful dialogue, including coordination with schools, law enforcement, community partners, and facilitators.

Or Give What Feels Right to You

Every contribution matters. You do not have to sponsor an entire program expense to make a difference.

$25, $50, $100—or any amount you are comfortable giving—helps us continue creating opportunities for young people to be heard, ask difficult questions, develop communication skills, and engage directly with members of their community.

You may also make a general donation to Kids Managing Conflict, allowing us to direct your contribution where it is needed most.

Join Us in Investing in Dialogue

When you support Youth Police Dialogue, you are investing in more than a single event. You are helping create opportunities for young people to practice constructive conflict resolution, engage in meaningful conversations, and experience what can happen when communities make space for listening and understanding.

Please select “Youth Police Dialogue” or indicate the specific program expense you would like to sponsor when making your contribution.

Thank you for supporting Kids Managing Conflict and helping us continue this important work with young people and communities.
