We live in the age of the quantified self; people use a range of wearable devices to keep tabs on their mood, steps taken, ambient sound levels, bowel movements, water intake, sleep cycles, diet, even their microbiome.
The Social Science Observatory aims to investigate quantified selves.
We are interested in the science of collectivity. We are interested in exploring how humans behave in the wild, outside of laboratories and computer testing. We are interested in empowering citizen science, so that we can all study these things together. Our goal is to bring these learnings to everyone.
Come and study how humans collectivize with us!
