Hi Everyone,

At A Place to Rise, we’re committed to supporting South Shore families when they’re facing hard times. Most days, we're able to connect families with resources, cover a few urgent needs, and remind them they’re not alone. But every now and then, a case comes along that stays with us — because it feels like no matter how hard we try, it's just not enough.

Last week, we met a single mom who’s working two jobs and still struggling to keep her head above water. She’s doing everything she can to provide stability for her kids — maybe even kids you know — but the weight she’s carrying is overwhelming. More than anything, we want to give her a moment to breathe. A night of restful sleep. A little relief.

But we can’t do it without help.

If you’re in a position to give, no amount is too small. Your contribution could be the reason this mom feels seen, supported, and reminded that her community has her back. If we each give a little, together we can do a lot. Any money sent to this campaign, which will end on Saturday, July 26th, will be used to support this specific case/family.
