Safe Spaces Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in partnership with Including Inclusion, is providing high-impact career support for Black women navigating today’s job market.

This is not generic job search help. This is strategic, personalized, and designed for Black women who need access—not just advice.

Participants receive:

1:1 job search strategy and career positioning
Resume and LinkedIn optimization that gets attention
Interview coaching and offer preparation
Career transition and pivot strategy
Guidance on using AI as a support mechanism
Curated job leads and network connections
Community support from women navigating similar transitions
