The city of Oxford offered the Cedar Oaks Guild, of 37 active members, the management and total financial responsibility of keeping the Cedar Oaks home. If the Guild cannot financially take over the home, it will be sold to a private owner through the sealed bidding process in mid-October, 2025. To prevent this historical landmark from being sold to the highest bidder, we are raising money for operating costs for a year. This will give the Guild time to create a sustainable business plan and build a foundation for long-term success.
