Story
Many rural folks have little to no access to quality healthcare, this is evident in the communities we work where villagers had to travel at least four hours and sometime in the middle of the night to the nearest clinic before the Tarkwa Breman Community Clinic was built.
Cocoa360 is a 501c(3) non-profit that leverages effective community engagement and cocoa farm revenues to improve education and health outcomes for Ghana’s 1.6million cocoa farmers whose hard work earns the country $3billion in export earnings yet lives in poverty.
Our pioneering "Farm-for-Impact" model puts farmers and their families in the driver's seat of their development. We run a tuition-free girls school and a community clinic whose operations are sustained with community-run cocoa farm revenues.
