We’re creating a space where community, sustainability, and real-world learning come together. Every item on our shelves has a second chance—and so do the individuals building skills, confidence, and independence inside our store.

This isn’t just retail.
It’s hands-on, meaningful work experience for individuals who deserve the opportunity to grow at their own pace, in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We are so proud of what’s already happening inside our walls:

• One learner has progressed from tagging items to confidently using the register

• Two new learners are starting next week

• One learner is preparing for their interview

• We’ve built five partnerships with local organizations to expand opportunities

💛 Why We’re Fundraising

As we continue to grow, so does the need to make our space safer, more accessible, and more impactful.

• Improve accessibility

  • Build a wheelchair ramp so everyone can enter with dignity and ease

  • Replace our current carpeting, which has become uneven and creates challenges for those with mobility needs

• Strengthen our foundation

  • Invest in the basic infrastructure that allows our program to run smoothly and sustainably

  • Expand our ability to serve more learners in a structured, supportive way

• Grow opportunities thoughtfully

  • We hope to eventually create paid roles that could support individuals with disabilities in areas like marketing or bookkeeping
