Exciting news from Mainline!

Mainline ATL is gearing up to complete its studio build-out in our current building in Little Five Points. In this space, we will finish converting our headquarters into a multi-use creative studio which will include a state-of-the-art podcast and live music recording.

This will help us bring you even more cutting-edge, grassroots journalism across digital, print, audio, and video. Our space isn't just for us—it's for the community! Once our build-out is completed, we will be able to invite other media workers and creators in to create podcasts, videos, and produce live music streams.

This fundraiser will also support us in developing our ongoing coverage, including an in-depth podcast series about the Cop City RICO trials and investigative research reports about Cop City.

In the past year, we have seen broad and violent attacks on journalism and media workers, from Atlanta to Palestine. With the support of our community, we are strong and resilient. We are so proud of the work Mainline has done over the past five years and we are grateful that we continue to thrive, even in some of the darkest times for media and amidst extreme state repression and censorship.

What we've accomplished in the last year

Since our fundraiser last year, where we raised almost $100,000, we have successfully launched our collaborative studio space in Little Five Points called Liminal Space Collective, produced hard-hitting reports on the Cop City RICO indictment, hosted pop-up vintage markets, hosted media workshops and trainings, hosted our first-ever music festival and convergence, and more. None of this would have been possible without the contributions from people in our community.

Help us continue our work and carry on our mission to be an important independent media source and creative partner for many other visionaries in Atlanta.
