Support South Haven Pride

Pride is very much like a wedding – and the cost is about the same, too. To bring this incredible celebration to life, we must hire entertainment, including a DJ, MC, drag performers, and special guests. We need to rent a stage, a changing tent for performers, and security, and cover essential costs like insurance, city-related expenses, and our welcome booth. We will spend over $1000 on marketing material alone. Every detail adds up, and we rely on community support to make it happen.

It’s important to know that everyone involved in organizing Pride is a volunteer. No one is paid—this is a labor of love for our community. South Haven LGBTQ+ Advocacy, a nonprofit organization, proudly hosts this event. Every donation made through Givebutter is secure and goes directly to our nonprofit bank account, overseen by our Board Treasurer, Board President, and Board Secretary, with financial reports reviewed at every board meeting.
