The Alliance 98 (TA98) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to tackle youth unemployment by providing young adults with meaningful career opportunities. Since 2018, we've impacted more than 600 young adults through tailored programming and access to critical resources, from professional suits to youth wages.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and essential resources, over 90% of TA98 participants go on to secure jobs, enroll in college or trade programs, or start their own businesses.

With your support, we can continue to:

Provide culturally relevant education and real-world resources that meet the unique needs of today’s youth
Deliver programs that develop young adults academically, professionally, and personally
Foster community engagement by empowering youth to give back and lead
Connect participants to a robust global network of mentors, peers, and opportunities

Invest in the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers today.
