FARAH-NJ is excited to invite you to take part in our first-ever Giving Tuesday campaign!

As the Foundation for Arab American Heritage (FARAH-NJ), we are committed to celebrating, preserving, and uplifting Arab American culture, identity, and community in and around Montclair, NJ. This global day of giving is a powerful chance for us to come together and launch the work ahead — from educational programs to cultural events to youth leadership initiatives and community giving.

FARAH's purpose is to build a future where our children take pride in their Arab heritage—where they feel safe, confident, and empowered to share their culture and celebrate their roots.

The name FARAH, meaning JOY in Arabic, embodies our commitment to share the true essence of the Arab American identity – the joy, hospitality, zest for life, creativity and intellect, and beautiful diversity of our community – by celebrating our cultural traditions and uplifting our stories and voices.

FARAH’s mission is to bring people together to celebrate the joy, beauty, and diversity of Arab American culture, educate about our heritage and contributions, and advocate for the representation of Arab Americans to achieve a more just and inclusive community.
