Synergies Work is a platform that connects disabled entrepreneurs with the resources, networks, and communities they need to launch, grow, and scale their businesses. We are the largest community of disability-led startups in the United States today.

Synergies Work was founded by Aarti Sahgal, a parent of a child with Down Syndrome, Angad. After her elder son left his corporate career to start his own company, Aarti realized that Angad did not have access to that same opportunity. With the growing wave of entrepreneurship, Aarti recognized that people with disabilities were at risk of being left behind and launched Synergies Work to address that problem.

Since then, Synergies Work has served countless entrepreneurs from all over the country as they launch, scale, and grow their businesses. We are the largest incubator-accelerator in the country for disabled founders and are the only ones that focus on the potential of small businesses like yours.

At Synergies Work, our mission is to build one where where people with disabilities belong. We work tirelessly to break down barriers that prevent entrepreneurs with disabilities from reaching their full potential.
