Fallout Theater has a growing list of overdue improvements and repairs, and frankly, we need a bit of help. 

Our regular shows and classes keep the lights on and the laughs flowing, but there are big improvements we want to make so Fallout can truly shine.

In October 2025, we held a monthlong fundraiser called Harvest Festival, which brought us to 24% of our goal.
If you have the means, we'd greatly appreciate your help in getting the rest of the way to our goal so that we can fund our projects (listed below). 

What will my donation be used for?

Here's what we would love to achieve in 2026:

✨ Facilities & Vibes

The truth is that Fallout exists in a very old building, and there's a bunch of improvements needed! For instance:

• Isolate and soundproof theater space and classrooms
• New AC for the Red Room
• Improved Bathrooms Ventilation - again, old building! doesn't have any vents
• Improve AC and electrical lines in tech booth
• Fix neon sign - the FA in Fallout is out, those things are expensive! 🥹
• Add Santino’s Place outdoor sign - Most people don't know there's a bar there

🍻 Bar Upgrades

We want the bar to stand on its own: think happy hours, trivia, late-night hangs, and community space even outside of shows:

• Startup staff costs for opening longer hours
• Floating ceiling above bar
• New sump pump + labor (centrifugal motion magic)

🚨 The “Oh Shit” Fund

For the unexpected stuff, like when the A/C dies during a 100 degree day, or there are floods or plumbing issues (a common occurrence in our old building). Earlier this summer, the Fallout community helped us out a ton, but we want to be prepared for the future.

📈 Operations Growth

These are “spend money to make money” investments that’ll help us sustain Fallout for the long run:

• Marketing budget – We want to improve our marketing efforts to be able to reach new people!
• New merch
• CRM (to keep track of our growing community)
