2023 has been an exciting year for the Burke Drift Skippers snowmobile club, however, with this excitement came challenges. The Drift Skippers started the off season with selling their BR180 groomer and purchasing a newer Tucker 2000 with a new trail paver drag to keep the trails in top notch condition even with the less than ideal winters. With that being said there was a lot of thought that went into this purchase considering price and interest rates. It was determined that it could be done. With that decision being made, the flooding in the NEK during July took place. The greater Burke area was hit hard and corridor 5 required three new bridges, new culverts, and a lot of machine work. This small club is plugging away at the todo list but needs your help. Please consider donating to the Burke Drift Skippers to help offset winter operating expense while they bounce back. Ride safe, ride right!
