📣Why We’re Raising Funds

The Forsythe Foundation – Reboot with JuJu was created to honor the life and spirit of Jawuan “JuJu” Booker — a bright, kind, and talented young man, a bright soul who lived with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. JuJu was passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and helping others. He had a heart full of love and a mind full of brilliance. But like so many, he carried pain that most never saw.

💔On April 11, 2025 JuJu attempted to unalive himself

💔On April 13, 2025 he succumbed to his injuries.

We are determined to turn our grief into purpose, heartbreak into healing.
This fundraiser will help launch Reboot with JuJu programs focusing on:

• Raising awareness and reduce stigma around mental health and suicide

• Mental health education for youth and families

• Provide emergency funds to help individuals access therapy or crisis support

• Offer care kits for those in emotional distress

• Create safe, healing spaces for youth and families

• Let others know they are not alone — and that help is within reach
