Smoke fills the sky. The fires rage on Table Rock and Persimmon Ridge. Firefighters are giving everything. Families are being forced to leave their homes. And just minutes from our own backyard—we’re stepping in.

Operation 58 was birthed out of the Helene crisis in Western NC, when we began serving hot meals to those who had lost everything. Today, we continue that mission—showing up with food, comfort, and care when it’s needed most.

We’re preparing and delivering meals to:

• Firefighters and first responders on the front lines
• Families displaced by the fires
• Shelter volunteers and support crews

The food is real. Smoked low and slow. We’re preparing and serving the same high-quality menu we’ve been developing for our future Strong BBQ food truck—brisket, pulled pork, homemade sides, and Tex-Mex cornbread muffins, all crafted to bring comfort and care in every bite.
