In this season of giving and gratitude—with my birthday and the holidays approaching—I’d be honored if you joined me in supporting a cause deeply close to my heart.

Arts for Learning is vital to me because I’ve seen how the arts can change the way a young person sees themselves—and what they believe is possible. One moment I’ll never forget is watching a high school student in one of our visual arts programs create a piece that told her story in colors she said she was “too shy” to say out loud. That artwork was later showcased in a gallery exhibition, and someone purchased it. I’ll never forget her face—equal parts shock, pride, and the realization that her voice mattered.

That’s the power of the arts. They open doors, build confidence, and remind kids that what they create has value.
