Some challenges to choose from:

Search for a local 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, etc. to participate in
Relays and triathlons like Tough Mudder, Spartan, IronMan, and the like
Find a 30 day squat, lunge, plank, push up, etc. challenge to do
Challenge yourself to take 10K steps a day
Fundraise with the family! Find a fun family challenge
Being active outside for 30 minutes each day for a chosen period of time
