Thanks to your generous support, the TCN Community Fund has provided immediate, meaningful relief to individuals and families facing urgent needs across Montgomery, Chester, and Berks Counties. Here's how your contributions have helped in recent months:

✅ Medical Transportation – Covered transportation costs so individuals could access life-saving treatments and health appointments.

✅ Education Support – Provided financial assistance for 30 elementary students in the Rolling Hills Community to participate in a math and reading enrichment program—helping close learning gaps and build academic confidence.

✅ Food Security – Supplied shelf-stable food to local food banks and healthy snacks for underserved children participating in summer enrichment programs.

✅ Housing Stability – Funded moving expenses for families transitioning from shelters into safe, permanent homes.

✅ Utility Assistance – Helped families avoid utility shutoffs during periods of crisis, keeping the lights on and homes safe.

✅ Employment Support – Covered critical car repairs that allowed a working parent to maintain stable employment and avoid income loss.

✅ School Readiness – Delivered necessary school supplies to students in elementary and middle school at the Rolling Hills Community, ensuring they start the school year equipped and ready to learn.

From addressing community emergencies to combating food insecurity, empowering youth through educational programming, fostering workforce development, and providing crucial support for homelessness, our mission is to build a stronger, more resilient community for everyone.

These needs are not generally met by other community or regional partners.  TCN believes that a healthy community avoids duplicating efforts while providing support to everyone, especially our most vulnerable community members.
