TCN addresses community needs through community work in homelessness relief, domestic violence, emergency fund management, sustainability, elder care, youth programming, food security and nonprofit partner support.

When communities come together, everyone wins.  With a unique mission of bringing together nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individual community members to affect change, TriCounty Community Network, (“TCN”), has ensured that our community has access to essential services that enable them to serve our most vulnerable community members.

From addressing community emergencies to combating food insecurity, empowering youth through educational programming, fostering workforce development, and providing crucial support for homelessness, our mission is to build a stronger, more resilient community for everyone. 

TCN is introducing a new community support fund to provide dollars that directly support individual community members in the following areas:

Transportation

                SEPTA/PART Bus Fare

                Uber/Lyft gift cards

                Car Repairs

                Transportation

                Development of collaborative transportation solutions

                Bicycle distribution

Utility Assistance

                One time emergency funds for oil/heat

                One time emergency funds for water/sewer

                One time emergency funds for electricity

Assistance for Families

                Clothing/Shoes

                Emergency childcare payments

                Specialty household items (ex- mattress)

These needs are not generally met by other community or regional partners.  TCN believes that a healthy community avoids duplicating efforts while providing support to everyone, especially our most vulnerable community members.
