Safe and Humane Holding Facilities

SWPA Humane Law Enforcement is an entirely volunteer organization and is not supported by any government agency or large organization.  When we must hold animals, they deserve safe, sanitary, and pleasant facilities along with fresh water, healthy food, and play toys! We have tried less expensive kennels and they just do not stand up to some of the dogs we need to care for!
