Hello everyone. My name is Sam Perkins and I will be participating in the Cohasset Triathlon with Team JBC. The JBC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide hope, health and support to children and young adults suffering from PANS and PANDAS as well as their families. I am thrilled to be able to participate in the triathlon while also raising funds to support this wonderful organization. This foundation was started with the help of one of my Aunts, Auntie Jen. I am competing for her and also my three cousins who have been diagnosed with PANDAS. I am competing to show my love and support for them.
