What does Black patronage look like across the diaspora — and how do we build lasting infrastructure to sustain it and the growth of Black contemporary art? Temperature Check was created to answer that question, city by city. The Brazil Catalogue is Volume One: a print and digital anthology documenting the cross-diasporic cultural moment that began in São Paulo 2025. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a permanent, growing record of Black cultural stewardship globally.
