The Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation believes that every LGBTQ+ Tennessean deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of where they live, work, learn, or do business.

As the charitable arm of the Tennessee Pride Chamber, our mission is to educate, connect, and empower LGBTQ+ professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and communities across all 95 counties of Tennessee. Through strategic investments in education, workforce development, and community engagement, we are building a stronger, more inclusive Tennessee where LGBTQ+ people can live openly, succeed professionally, and contribute fully to the communities they call home.

Through the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation, we provide direct financial support and educational resources that strengthen LGBTQ+ communities throughout the state. We are also investing in the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders through our Pride in Education Grant Program, which helps students pursue higher education, workforce training, and professional development opportunities. Beyond grantmaking, the Foundation supports statewide educational programs, leadership development initiatives, and community engagement opportunities that connect LGBTQ+ professionals, business leaders, and allies.

Every dollar donated fuels this work.

A gift of $50 helps provide educational resources to LGBTQ+ professionals and students.
A gift of $250 helps expand community outreach and leadership development programs.
A gift of $1,000 can help fund a Community Pride Grant, ensuring that Pride remains visible and accessible in a Tennessee community that needs support, or funds a Pride in Education Scholarship for a LGBTQ+ Student who adds to Tennessee's future business pipeline.

Together, we are creating a Tennessee where LGBTQ+ people are not simply welcomed but empowered. A Tennessee where students know their dreams are worth investing in. A Tennessee where businesses can succeed because diversity is valued. A Tennessee where Pride is possible in every corner of the state.

When you give to the Tennessee Pride Chamber Foundation, you are not simply making a donation.
